ABOUT THE OFFICE

The Cass County Prosecutor’s Office is comprised of a hardworking and motivated team of individuals whose goal is to protect and serve the community.

This grouping includes the Prosecutor, Chief Assistant and Assistant Prosecutors --- some of who specialize in the prosecution of narcotics, sex crimes, juvenile, and other offenses. Other important positions in the office include investigators, victims’ rights advocates, personal protection order specialists, various administrative staff and general support staff.

 By aggressively addressing criminal offenses, the Office seeks to insure justice for the citizens of Cass County.
