FELONY CASES

The Circuit Court Division handles all felonies charged by the Prosecutor’s Office in Cass County.  

Circuit Court is where murderers, drug dealers, child molesters, home invaders, and other felony offenders face a professional staff of experienced career prosecutors. It is their objective to protect victims and the Cass County Community by seeking fair and just decisions on all felony cases.
